Section 43
Shipping and other charges to be paid
(1) The shipper shall submit to the Board the shipping charges incurred for transporting the goods.
(2) In case the shipping fee to be paid by the sender as per sub-section (1) remains unpaid, such shipping fee shall be paid by the receiver.
(3) The receiver is responsible for the delay fee and the warehouse or. The consignee will have to pay the charges for weighing any goods.
